Rachel did an excellent job taking care of our cat while we were away! She came over and spent quality time with our cat and sent us multiple pics of him everyday she came over! She communicated with us promptly and was very easy to work with. We would use her again for future trips and would highly recommend her to anyone else seeking a reliable cat sitter!

I am so thankful for Rachel. She sent me a lot of photos every day and gave me updates on how my cat was doing with his new medication. I felt safe leaving my cats under her care and she gave me peace of mind. The pictures she sent me made it obvious my cats warmed up to her very well.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
