Cats are, without a doubt, the most important part of my life. If you need any proof, just know that my cat Tutti Frutti was the inspiration behind my Tutti Frutti jellybean tattoo - so I could always have her with me, even when we're apart! When I'm away from my fluffy little baby, I'm actually working as a zookeeper at the KC Zoo! While I sadly don't get to work with any cats there, I have picked up on many very interesting animal training skills and have adapted them to my own life at home with Tutti! We have worked on one of her most difficult issues of crate training. Within a month, she has gone from terrified to go anywhere near her crate to voluntarily jumping in and spending time in there when I'm nearby! I would absolutely love to work with you and your kitties if there are any behaviors that you would like to discuss regarding training! Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation
and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any
earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation
rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50%
of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48
hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and
the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
