Emiky was truly wonderful with our kitty, Noodle! Her communication during every visit put our minds at ease and built our confidence in her. She handled Noodle's nightly meds without issue, and played with / brushed Noodle throughout the each visit. And the most important part - Noodle was comfortable with and eager to receive love and attention from Emily! We're very happy with our first experience hiring through Meowtel. We will definitely hire Emily again!

Emily is awesome. She sent lots of pictures and video. Our cats were so much more chill when we got back home than they usually are, so I think they are as happy with her as we are.

This was our first experience with a hired sitter having relied on helpful friends and neighbors previously and were hesitant with someone we didn't know. Emily blew our expectations out of the water. She was an excellent choice - great communication skills including when bad weather hit our area, wonderful updates so we can see how the kitties were doing while away, attentive and caring with the fur babies, and went above and beyond when we had a non-kitty related home issue crop up. We cannot recommend Emily enough and will be planning to book with Emily again in the future.

I've got two cats with strong personalities - one very shy and and another who's an attention loving star. Emily managed both and their medicine (cosequin and inhaler) expertly, even for my very shy boy. Emily went above and beyond and rounded up a couple scissors and cleaning products I had mistakenly left out, and sent detailed updates on my boys every day I was gone.

Emily is fantastic - she’s sat for us a ton of times, so that’s not a surprise. She’s made friends with my shy and nervous cats and is great at keeping us updated on what’s going on while we’re away. What I want to note particularly, though, is her flexibility - my grandmother passed last week and we had to travel on very short notice to attend her services. Emily was so responsive and so helpful during a time that was really difficult and fractious for us - very much appreciated.

Third reservation with Emily - this one was nervewracking because our oldest girl had been very sick immediately before. We were so nervous about leaving her - and Emily was fantastic about keeping us posted about how she was doing, along with pictures and observational notes. Emily was professional, and an excellent communicator—sending us lots of lovely videos of our 3 cats playing while we were away. When we returned, it was obvious our cats had had the best care. 10/10 recommend Emily for your next trip!

Had another reservation with Emily - this time a scheduled trip - she knocked it out of the park as usual! St. Louis was hit with some horrendous weather while we were out of town; our house specifically was in the path of one of the tornadoes. Emily made sure that our cats were cared for and safe and kept in touch with us to make sure we knew what was going on back home.

Emily was amazing looking after our horde of cats - we have two girls in particular that are VERY shy and she charmed them both almost immediately. Emily’s updates and videos made us feel so comfortable that they were being looked after while we were gone - we’ll definitely be booking with Emily again.

Emily did a wonderful job keeping us updated on our four babies and kept a close eye on one of our boys who has IBD. She also did a great job sending us pictures and videos every day. Our cats are often skittish around new people but they cozied up to her very quickly so we know they felt safe and comfortable.

Nice to be away and know your cat is in good and gentle hands. Max also know as HissyfitGrouchypants is not the easiest cat but Emily managed wonderfully and we will request her again.

Emily is literally a cat whisperer. My cat was all over her in the first few minutes of meeting her. She was so kind and caring and I can tell she genuinely wants to do what is best for each feline friend. She sent me wonderful updates while I was away and left my home as clean (if not cleaner) as I left it. I could tell my cat was taken care of so well because when I came home, he was so friendly and was still on a normal sleep schedule (which only happens if he gets in enough playtime each day). This is our second time booking with Emily - just like last time, she was incredibly communicative and sent such great updates and photos that made us feel good about leaving our cats in her care.
