Hi CatLovers! I live in downtown St. Louis and have one darling short-hair cat named Topo. She is the light of my life. She is 9 years old this year and she has now gotten me through a cross-country move And a pandemic! I have lived in St. Louis for 4 years and moved her here. I am from Austin, TX where I grew up with cats, dogs, possums. I have done pet-sitting my entire life. I have stayed at a family friends house for over a week taking care of a 19-year-old hospice cat named Honey who, at a later date than my stay, has since traveled the rainbow bridge into kitty afterlife. Emily is literally a cat whisperer. My cat was all over her in the first few minutes of meeting her. She was so kind and caring and I can tell she genuinely wants to do what is best for each feline friend. She sent me wonderful updates while I was away and left my home as clean (if not cleaner) as I left it. I could tell my cat was taken care of so well because when I came home, he was so friendly and was still on a normal sleep schedule (which only happens if he gets in enough playtime each day). Thank you so much, Emily! You are lovely!

I think the fact that this is our fourth reservation with Emily should really speak for itself; we’ve got quite a few cats, some of whom are shy, ill, or otherwise require a ton of time and attention. We know we don’t need to worry even a bit about any of the cats if Emily’s watching them while we’re away. 🥰

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.

To ensure total peace of mind while you're away, every Meowtel reservation comes with a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can have full confidence in your sitter before you leave.
