Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have 2 cats of my own. My long haired orange cat is named Gizzy. She is the queen of the house. And my grey tabby boy is named Nyx. He is a silly derpy muscle head.

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

I do free meet and greets so the pet(s) can have a short experience with me prior to our overnight bookings. The meet and greet is for both the sitter and the pet parent to interview each other, ensuring the best care possible for the cats. Communication is key and I require veterinary and emergency contacts listed for the animal(s) before the date of service.

Are you usually available during holidays?

I am usually available for most holidays. Holidays do tend to be my busy time of the year so please book with me as early as possible.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

I am a quiet person and I tend to try my best to allow for the pet's personality to bloom in that safe and quiet environment. I have experience in cat behavior evaluations and can assure the parent that even the timid ones will be allowed their personal space.

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
