Therese if fantastic, the best cat sitter I have had, and I have tried a few. She is extremely professional and punctual. She is very detailed oriented and took care of every aspect of pet care (food, water, play, litter boxes) and every grabbed the mail. She has a great touch with cats, and even got my difficult old lady cat to play with her. I would highly recommend Therese to other cat owners.

Therese was so attentive to our kitties and gave us constant updates on how they were doing. She even went out of her way to make sure one of cats wounds was healing properly! We highly recommend her to watch your cats!

This is the first time I have ever used a cat sitting service and I am so glad I did, because Meowtel, and especially Therese were excellent to work. The process was simple, and my cat and I really appreciated the chance to Meet and Greet Therese. From that first meeting I was put at ease both because Rumi took to her right away, and she was very thorough and professional in asking questions and taking notes. While I was away she sent pictures and daily recaps about how it was going....I was never worried about a thing. I felt it well worth the cost. Therese has pet sat for our dog and two cats for many years when we lived in St. Louis. We could go out of town with peace knowing our pets were in excellent care. Maria is a very shy cat. She feels very comfortable around Therese. That says a lot for Maria as she 99% of the time hides. Now that we live in Jacksonville, FL when Therese visits the pets become excited. Ella likes to hang out with Therese in her bedroom and just loves when Therese does treat time each night. Tux loves to head bump Therese. Maria even jumps up on her lap when sitting on the couch. I think Therese is the only guest we have that she does not hide.

Therese is very thorough. She takes great pride in her work and does whatever is needed to get it done. I’d say her work ethics stand out.
