During my visits, I’ll make sure your cat has fresh food and water, a clean litter box, play/enrichment time, attention and affection (when welcomed!), and anything else that’s part of their normal routine. I’m also comfortable with brushing and basic medication care when needed.
I like to keep my visits calm and relaxed, especially for shy or nervous kitties. I’ll never force interaction, I’d rather earn their trust and let them come to me when they’re ready. I’ll also send you many updates and pictures throughout the day so you can see what your little one is up to while you’re away. 📸🐈
I’m naturally patient, observant, easygoing, and a little obsessed with animals, so your cat is basically guaranteed to get treated like the tiny roommate they are. 😂

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I’ve been caring for pets for several years, including cat sitting through my previous experience on Rover. I’ve cared for cats with different personalities and needs, from playful and social to shy and independent. I also grew up with and owned cats myself, including my sweet cat Binky, who passed away years ago. My experience has taught me to be patient, observant, and attentive to each cat’s individual routine and personality.
What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?
I like to start by learning as much as I can about the cat and their normal routine such as, feeding schedule, litter box habits, favorite toys, personality, medications, and any special instructions. I also want to know what makes them comfortable and what to look out for while their parent is away. During each visit, I follow their routine, give them plenty of attention or space depending on what they prefer, and send updates and photos so their parent knows how everything is going.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
I’m very patient with timid or anxious cats and never try to force interaction. I’ll give them space, move slowly, speak calmly, and let them approach me on their own terms. I pay attention to their body language so I can tell when they’re comfortable and when they need more space. Even if they spend the entire visit hiding, I’ll still make sure their food, water, litter box, and environment are taken care of and keep their parent updated. Building trust can take time, and I’m completely okay with that

Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
