I was so worried about my cats with their medication and specific food needs. I haven’t been away much in the last 10 years. Holly made everything so amazing. She was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, sent amazing pictures and videos every day and kept an eye on the small details to make sure I stayed completely up to date. Holly cared for my sweet little fella Oobi for about a week, and her services were very much appreciated. She was responsible, professional, reliable, and so very kind throughout the entirety of the process. Oobi has some special needs (particularly in the feeding department) and she was more than happy to have me go through some detailed instructions & hands-on demonstrations in order to best manage Oobi’s unique needs. Holly consistently updated me with cute photos and videos during feeding time so as to let me know how Oobi was doing. He was super happy from the attention, and got all the treats he deserved! It was my first time leaving Oobi for multiple days, and let me tell you that Holly truly helped give me peace of mind that Oobi was in good hands. She loved on him like you would love on your own little fur baby, which truly warmed my heart. I highly recommend Holly as a trustworthy and caring sitter. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
