I absolutely LOVE cats! I have 6 of my own and I have owned cats since 2005. I love how weird and silly they are! I understand that they are all different and adjust to new people and places on their own time. I've given pills, eye drops, liquid meds, and even subq fluids when my senior kitty had kidney problems. I have fostered kittens with several organizations. I love helping kittens socialize and learn that humans are okay! I have experience working with shy and even feral kitties. I consider it my personal challenge to befriend shy cats that I meet. I've given baths, combed for fleas, and helped them find forever homes. I am currently a stay-at-home cat mom as I consider a career change, so that leaves my availability fairly open! Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
