My reservation with Diana was my first experience with Meowtel. We met for a meet and greet and Diana was totally focused on Lolli and what her care needs would be. She took notes as we walked around and interacted immediately with my kitty. This brought me confidence that she would care for my highly active "wants to play", a little spoiled kitty. We connected again a few days prior and the day we left for vacation just to double check on all the things we discussed. Diana communicated with me each visit with videos and pictures, food and potty updates and She even took her on her daily stroller walks, which I know for some can be a bit much to ask, but Diana seemed to enjoy them along with Lolli. Diana's care and communication of Lollipop made my trip much less stressful. She took excellent care of her, and this was my first time leaving her, but she also got my mail and packages and rotated lights and keep my security system on. It was such a comfort to have such care of my "fluff puff" and of my home. I will use her again for sure.

Diana took exceptional care of my special needs cat. She was careful to follow her routines, watch for signs of trouble, and responded to them appropriately. She went above and beyond to send daily updates complete with videos and pictures. I was able to enjoy my trip so much more knowing I had a high level of support.

Diana did an awesome job taking care of my shy kitty Olive while I was away. She did everything possible to reassure Olive, make her comfortable, and coax her to eat. Diana communicated often and took lots of pictures so I knew Olive was doing okay and that she had fresh food and water as well as a clean litter box. And importantly, Diana carefully followed all my instructions. Usually when I return from a trip, I get lots of meowed complaints, but not this time. So I'd consider that a glowing review straight from Olive! Diana is kind, compassionate, trustworthy, and a true cat lover so I would definitely use her services again to take care of my precious fur baby.

Diana was great with communication and sent me pictures and videos of my cats everyday while I was gone. One of my cats loves to hiss at people, but she was very patient with her! So, I was confident that they were in good hands.

Diana visited daily and checked on our senior cats. She took care of the basics but went beyond that to allow one to bask in the sunshine on our screened porch for a while. Thanks Diana!
