our reservation went very smoothly! Laney was great with our fur babies! The shy ones finally came out on day 3 which says they were comfortable with her and no longer afraid. I will definitely check Laney’s availability first when we need a sitter again!!

Laney took care of our 2 dogs and 2 cats while my husband and I were on vacation. She did a wonderful job with them, they all seemed to warm up to her in no time. Laney was very thorough with the feeding instructions and supplements and she spent time everyday playing with them and giving everyone attention. She took great care of our house and cleaned up after herself before leaving. We would absolutely host Laney again as our pet sitter.

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
