She is very thorough and sent us lots of photos and updates at every visit, which I really appreciated, but most of all I was grateful for how she let Theo approach on his terms. We lost our other cat a week before our trip so Theo was a little on edge, and Patricia was very patient, allowing Theo to slowly warm up to her throughout her visits."
