Our reservation with Meredith went without a hiccup! She met with us before our trip to learn how to care for our babies. They took to her immediately. Her communication with us twice a day kept us up to date on their care. We’ve been using teenagers for around the same price but the quality of care we received with Meredith was so much better. We will definitely book her again! We don’t want to recommend her too much or she might not be available when we need her😂

Meredith has been amazing with my cats. She were extremely accomodating when I had to extend my trip and my cats loved her. She was like a cat whisperer - she got my very low energy cat to play a lot and I felt that they were well taken care of with her. Once again, Meredith went above & beyond while taking care of Hazy & Kettle. She was very accommodating with the additional plant-care I asked her for, as well as bringing in our garbage bin without me asking! The kitties were, of course, well taken care of. Meredith not only topped up the cat food and water, scooped the litter box, and played with the cat, but she also checked and brought in the mail! This was not asked but greatly appreciated. She's also very conscientious about putting the key in the lock box at the end of the current block of scheduled visits.

This was my first use of Meowtel and I am thrilled with the service I received. Meredith provided excellent care to my 3 cats. One of my cats requires daily medication which Meredith easily managed. She communicated with me everyday and took plenty of photos so that I could see how everyone was doing.
