This was my first time using Meowtel after a family friend who’d watched our cats for years moved away. Meredith was communicative and so sweet with our three cats - one of which I had warned her she might not even see while feeding them each day because the cat is so shy! On the first day she stopped by to care for our cats she sent me a photo of the shyest one coming to say hi during her visit! I think this is a testament to Meredith’s wonderful temperament for caring for cats. I received photos daily and updates and felt very secure the entire time I was away. Would absolutely book with Meredith again!

This was our first time using a cat sitting service, and it was great! We have had friends sit or boarded our cats in the past since they have some medication needs. Meredith was very responsive, helpful and easy to work with. It was great to get daily updates and photos. She even managed to get one of our shy boy a he was running to hide! It was comforting to know they were being checked on and cared for daily while they were able to stay at home. We plan to book her again if she is available for future trips!

Meredith has been amazing with my cats. She were extremely accomodating when I had to extend my trip and my cats loved her. She was like a cat whisperer - she got my very low energy cat to play a lot and I felt that they were well taken care of with her. Once again, Meredith went above & beyond while taking care of Hazy & Kettle. She was very accommodating with the additional plant-care I asked her for, as well as bringing in our garbage bin without me asking! The kitties were, of course, well taken care of. We'll be calling on Meredith again when we need a cat sitter again.

Meredith not only topped up the cat food and water, scooped the litter box, and played with the cat, but she also checked and brought in the mail! This was not asked but greatly appreciated. She's also very conscientious about putting the key in the lock box at the end of the current block of scheduled visits.

Meredith was very punctual and consistent. She was very flexible with requests and made sure my cat was very comfortable while I was away. I definitely recommend her! I will be seeking her services in future needs!
