I’ve been professionally cat sitting for almost 3 years, and it’s been an amazing experience! I currently care for two cats, Clara and Sprinkle, who I see frequently. Clara has some special needs, and I’m comfortable administering her medication with care. Sprinkle is a playful attention-seeker, and I make sure she gets all the pets and playtime she loves. I also care for Willow, a more skittish cat, who I respect by giving her space and offering pets when she’s ready. I’m passionate about building strong bonds with the cats I sit for and ensuring they feel safe, happy, and loved. I’d love to help make your kitty’s time away as smooth and stress-free as possible!

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

What I enjoy most about cat sitting is the chance to connect with each cat, offering them love and care while their owners are away. I find it rewarding to create a safe, comfortable space for them, whether it’s through play, cuddles, or just being present. It’s fulfilling to know that I’m making their time away from home stress-free and enjoyable. Being able to build trust and see cats feel comfortable with me is what makes this job truly special!

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have a cat named Hazelnut, a spotted tabby tortie with gorgeous hazel eyes! She started out a bit skittish, but with lots of patience, she’s now a confident, playful sweetheart. Hazelnut loves her “worm on a string” toy (I’ve upgraded it to a wire toy for extra fun!) and will even bring it to me for playtime. She’s an absolute cuddle bug and adores head kisses and belly rubs—especially after I earned her trust with belly rubs as a kitten. She’s got a bit of a mischievous side too, often plotting to steal my snacks! I call her my “nugget thief,” and she’s the little bean who brings so much joy to my life!

Reece has been my trusted pet sitter for almost 4 years, and I wouldn't want anyone else caring for my cats, Clara and Sprinkle. I'm pretty particular about their care - and I require overnight stays with my cats (as I said, I'm particular!) :) - Reece has always gone above and beyond to make sure that all of my requests are met, and she is so great about sending lots of sweet pictures and videos of my kitties while I'm away. My cats are both pretty skittish, even with my immediate family that sees them all the time, they will run and hide for at least a little while -- Reece is the only person (other than me) that they do not immediately hide from - they love her! Reece is one of the few people I know who loves animals - especially cats - as much as I do. Knowing she is with them while I'm away gives me total peace of mind!

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
