I've loved cats all my life - to me they are the sweetest, most beautiful and loving creatures. I love and respect kitties and I believe to do so, we have to love them on their terms. I'm a bit of a cat behavior nerd, and I've watched all of Jackson Galaxy's (the cat whisperer) shows. I have been called a cat whisperer myself, and easily make friends with strays, shy kitties, "mean" (personally, I don't believe in mean cats, and will fight anyone who blames poor behavior on the cat) kitties, picky kitties... You name it! I have owned cats most of my life, and I have also volunteered at the ASPCA as a cat matchmaker. Currently I own two sweet siamese mix kitties who I raised from kittenhood. Sydel was amazing!! She quickly bonded with our Fur Babies and even was a maestro at charming our shy Harvey. He never comes out for people and she had him eating out of her hand on day one! My cats love Sydel! I actually think they were a bit disappointed to see me instead of their new playmate when I returned from my trip. ;-) It was as if I never left. My two have big personalities and occasionally fight (even over sitters!) and can be cranky for a few days after I come come, but they are purrfectly chill this time!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
