Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?

I cat sit for a couple with two sweet girls. Although their girls have a nice stainless steel water fountain that is always running, they will only drink out of a coffee mug on the counter! It has to be one specific coffee mug too, not just any coffee mug. This always makes me laugh but I am happy to oblige and fill their special mug with fresh water every day.

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

I understand that when you are away you want your pets and your home to be safe and cared for. I will ensure your home is the same when you return as it was when you left. I am comfortable with anything from apartment buildings where you have to key fob in through multiple entrances to houses with alarm systems. I will follow any specific instructions - like entering through the garage, wearing a mask, or leaving certain lights on. My cat tries to be sneaky and run out of my apartment door sometimes so I am very aware of my surroundings when coming and going, and I will certainly do the same at your home.

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes! I usually stay in the area for most holidays so I am happy to care for your cat(s) if you are traveling.

Allie is TREMENDOUS and I am already planning to reserve her for my next travel dates. My situation is a bit unique in that i have two cats, but one is very anxious and requires medicine and a watchful eye while I'm away, especially for long durations. Allie not only followed all of my very detailed instructions to the letter, but also went above and beyond to come up with creative ways to administer his medicine when he was scared and resisting. She was an exceptional communicator each and every day, assuring me with plenty of videos and pics that all was well. She was incredibly thoughtful, kind, and thorough - she sets the bar high for this service and I'm so deeply grateful to her.

Everything went very smoothly. Allie did a “ meet and greet “ before our trip so she got to know our baby a little bit. Each time she came by she sent updates, pictures and some brief videos. Being able to see our kitty and know that she was fine gave me great peace of mind. Everything was perfect when we got back too. I will definitely use Allie again and highly recommend her.

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
