I could tell she had picked up fur off the floor because the floor was clean when we returned! The litter boxes were in good shape, and the cats weren't hungry."

She is always on time, sends great photo updates, asks questions when needed, and responds promptly. What really stood out this stay was that our tuxedo cat, Loki, who is usually very skittish, became so comfortable with Penny that he spent afternoons relaxing with her on the porch. Both cats clearly adore her. As an added bonus, she leaves the house clean and tidy every time. We trust Penny completely and will continue booking her whenever we travel. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
