I am vaccinated for COVID and am happy to adhere to... It goes without saying that I love cats! I don't think I could ever live without the purrs, toe beans, big stretches, head bops, and zoomies alike! I am a cat mom myself with three amazing cats with very different backgrounds and needs, and I know how important it is for me to know that my precious kitties are well cared for! That is why I value professionalism, communication, and compassion in my services. My goal is not only for your cat to feel good, but I want you to feel good too! Wherever life takes you, you should be able to rest in the knowledge that your cat is in good hands when you're not around!

I've grown up with all sorts of feline personalities and love to foster feral kittens and take in rugged rescues. I believe that all cats are good cats; some just need extra space, care, or attention. So I adore caring for all cats, whether they're the snuggly lap cat, the shy cat playing expert hide and seek, or the territorial feisty spitter. If you have a finicky cat like my spunky girl Lacy, I'm happy to be patient them, taking the time they need for them to warm up until they're ready to interact and play! And if you have a professional snuggler like my love bug Quasimodo, I'll be more than happy to give them all the pets and head bops they want!
Meeting new cats is one of simple joys in life. I cherish getting to know all of their unique needs, preferences, and personalities and I would be honored to get to know your fur baby! Whoever your cat is, I'll make sure they're loved!

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
I enjoy getting meeting new cats! I feel there is nothing more satisfying than the moment you get to connect with new l kitty and get to know them better. I love showering every cat with love and affection in whatever way they receive it best!
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I have three cats: Mr. Snuffles my snuggly rescue, Lacy my finicky hunter, and Quasimodo my old bubba and constant companion! They always keep my life interesting and I'm honored to be a part of their world as much as they are in mine!
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
I make sure to let timid cats come to me on their own terms. I stay gentle and soft spoken as I introduce them to my smell and voice. I'm happy to be as patient with them as I need to be, letting them choose if, when, and how they want to interact. I want to make sure all cats feel like they're safe, secure, and in control.

Holiday Surcharge
Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

East Brunswick cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $27.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
