"Victoria did an excellent job caring for my inside babies and a few stray cats outside. She took the time before the reservation to meet with me and get all of the info that she needed. She then reached out a few days before I was leaving to get clarification and any last minute details that she may need. Victoria provided excellent communication and updates throughout the reservation and it really helped put my mind at ease. I knew that if there was an issue, she would have reached out immediately, and the photos and detailed update after each visit was excellent. Thank you and will continue to use Victoria in the future."

Not only was she incredibly responsible and conscientious, but she also kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which gave us such peace of mind while we were away. Our kittens clearly adored her—she gave them lots of playtime and cuddles, and it was clear they felt safe and loved in her care.
