What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I have been a cat owner my entire life. That's almost 44 years of experience. I have been cat sitting on and off since I was 18. This is a dream job for me! My availability is pretty open and I can not wait to meet my next furry friend. I hope to give my clients the absolute best care for their pets!

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

I enjoy cat sitting since I lost my cat. Cat sitting fills an empty space in my heart until the right cat comes to my family.

Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?

I have a client with 6 cats. He is a vet and his wife a nurse. When you walk in the home you can feel the love and care given to the pets. The whole home is designed for their pets and they come first!

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I had a Bangal mix breed. Mario was a rescue from Vineland ASPCA. He had been with us for over 10 years. He was my sons best friend. Unfortunately he lost him a year ago.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?

I would advise any customers looking for a sitter to go with what it is comfortable with them. If they feel it is not a good fit I encourage them to find the right one. You must feel safe and confident with your caretaker.

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

I like to talk to the cat parent and try and do a meet and greet. Parents know their cats better then any one and I want to accommodate them as much as possible.

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

While I am with a cat I care for it like my child. I do not leave animals alone in my care and do not allow distractions such as phones.

Are you usually available during holidays?

I am available for almost all holidays and Christmas I am available for drop ins!!!

What is your favorite cat toy?

My favorite cat toy is feathers and balls but I love adding catnip when appropriate.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

Cats that are timid or anxious deserve are love. I respect a cats preference and understand that some may not want to be pet or held. I believe some cats are just happy being cared for and a person there for them. I do not believe in pushing myself on any pet but patiently waiting on their terms.

Not only was she incredibly responsible and conscientious, but she also kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which gave us such peace of mind while we were away. Our kittens clearly adored her—she gave them lots of playtime and cuddles, and it was clear they felt safe and loved in her care. On top of that, she watered our plant and brought in our mail and packages without us even asking. Truly thoughtful and thorough. Highly recommend—she’s a gem! Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
