"Jackie did a fabulous job of watching our cat Ronu. It was his first time with a sitter since we adopted him. Ronu is a classic orange cat with a goofy, talkative personality. He loves stealing food he isn’t supposed to eat. He accidentally had a bit of a chocolate chip croissant wrapped in foil while we were gone. Jackie informed us immediately and handled taking Ronu to the ER very diligently including managing his care and correspondence with the vet. Everything turned out fine. I was impressed by how calmly, honestly and patiently she handled bringing Ronu to the ER. She gave us regular updates through out Ronu’s ER visit and photos of play time. Highly recommend Jackie. Special shout out for managing a stressful situation so well!"

We had a slight toilet leak and she rushed over to make sure the cats were okay and helped clean up until my family arrived to take care of the fix. He warmed up to Kayla immediately at our meet and greet with her, and we were confident she would take good care of him. When we got back he was calm, not upset or irritable like he had been in the past when we’ve come back from a trip. "We had a wonderful experience with May while we were out of the country from April 2–6. We have three cats—Dusty, Cream, and Bailey—and she took exceptional care of all of them. Bailey is a recent rescue from our yard and is still not very socialized, so we were especially appreciative of how patient and attentive May was with him. She made sure he was fed properly and even managed to send us photos of him, which gave us great peace of mind. May visited twice daily, consistently feeding the cats, cleaning their litter boxes, and sending updates with pictures after each visit. She also checked in when she arrived and when she left, which made us feel very secure while we were away. On top of that, she went above and beyond by bringing in our mail and packages each day. And as a bonus, she captured an absolutely amazing photo of Dusty standing on just his two back legs—a true keeper! We felt completely confident that our cats and our home were in excellent hands with May. We wouldn’t hesitate to book her again and are already planning to use her for upcoming trips."
