Nevaeh is an amazing pet parent! Her cat is all she talks about and it’s clear she has a love and respect for animals most people don’t have. She can even tell whether or not the animal is uncomfortable or annoyed which is impressive to me! she is a very reliable and caring person even outside of pet care and is the most understanding person I have ever met. She starts out a little shy but eventually after coming out of her shell is the person to light up the room! She would be amazing for any job she comes across.

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
