Carolyn is an absolutely amazing sitter. We booked Carolyn first time on Meowtel for our weekend trip, twice a day for four cats. Carolyn made our trip so pleasant. She is detail oriented, takes a picture of many important things like food amounts she is feeding, any abnormal poop or throw up, etc. along with playtime, petting, etc. She sends detailed updates, photos and videos. Our cats are not the easiest, two of them are very finicky and shy with new people, but Carolyn found approach to every one of them. Not only all cats ate with Carolyn at the very first visit, but by the end they surrounded her, rubbed against her and even guarded her shoes! :) We’ve moved a few times so we tried several different sitters with our cats and Carolyn is the very best you can find. I will be sure to recommend Carolyn to all my friends. She is very punctual and professional. We are so lucky to find Carolyn.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation
and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any
earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation
rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50%
of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48
hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and
the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
