Lizbeth was great at communication and made sure to check food/water/litter boxes diligently. She sent multiple pictures and videos as check-ups. She also went above and beyond in sweeping up around the litter boxes and worked with me when there was a possibility of a flight delay getting home. She was great to work with and took good care of Quincy and Dax.

She was very observant of our cat, and let us know any changes in his behavior that she saw while we were gone.
