I totally LOVE kitties! Our family has rescued and rehabilitated and adopted kitties of all stages of life and mostly with trust issues and medical issues. We have also worked as foster parents for kitties and had the joy and privilege of working with scared ferrels and showing them love and affection and gaining their trust so that they were able to be put up for adoption to good homes. We are very knowledgeable and experienced in helping special needs kitties, aged kitties as well as sick and injured kitties. Jennifer came in a clutch situation, when our regular sitter cancelled last minute. I'm extremely grateful and she's now our new permanent sitter! We have a full basketball team of cats who are rarely exposed to anyone outside of my household. She was wonderful with my entire crew and even the shyest of my bunch warmed to her. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
