We could not have asked for a better cat sitter. We signed up for Meowtel a few years ago, but always hesitated to actually use it - concerns about a stranger in our home, whether they would really take good care of our cat, yada yada. Those fears melted away when we met Kristin. You know those people you meet, and you’re struck by how much they love cats, and you get the sense that they’d do almost anything to help a feline in need? That’s Kristin. We were also thoroughly impressed by her professionalism and competence. From one meet-and-greet visit, she knew exactly how our cat needed to be cared for and came through in spades during the subsequent eighteen (!) visits. It’s difficult to imagine someone more dedicated; she showed up and looked after our cat during a snowstorm, then during an ice storm, also on New Year’s Eve night, and even on Christmas morning. We would book her again without hesitation.

Kristin was completely professional and a delight to take care of our pets while we were away for the weekend. She listened avidly to instruction and sent detailed updates with pictures and video to ensure all was well during the care-period. Our family will definitely be using her services again and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter for a multi-pet home!

I had not heard of Meowtel until I went looking for a cat sitter. I hired Kristin and she did a super job taking care of my 2 cats! She gave detailed updates (including photos) after each visit. She's friendly, professional, and obviously quite experienced at caring for cats. She's definitely a "cat person." :)

Kristin was excellent! It's hard leaving your pet but from the beginning she made me feel comfortable. She really took the small but significant extra steps to make me and my kitty comfortable. She's also cared for my space. Great pictures too. Will definitely use her again.

Kristin was FANTASTIC !!! She handled my 5 cats and their quirks (and litter boxes lol) with ease and cat expertise. By the end of the week she and my shy girl were friends. She sent us lots of great pictures every day and updates. I am so happy to have found her and I will most certainly be using her for all my cat sitting needs in the future.

Kristin has been very helpful at giving my cat her pills and is very good with Bailey. I wouldn’t say she is at a full vet tech level of cat-pulling but she is certainly many levels higher than me.
