This was my first experience using a cat sitter and I couldn’t be more pleased! Catalina was extremely communicative and became quick friends with my unfriendly cat. She came over for a meet and greet, took notes of his routine, and provided very detailed updates after each visit (including multiple photos). I highly recommend Catalina and will absolutely reach out to her again next time I need a sitter.

Catalina did an awesome job taking care of our Bert. They arrived when they said they would and sent plenty of pictures. They include very professional outlines of what they did on the visit, which was great piece of mind. We’re done relying of friends. We will get Catalina when we can.

Catalina was an excellent sitter for our two cats. She came to meet them and wrote down all the instructions carefully. We hadn't used the service before and we were glad that she asked more questions and wrote down all diligently. She made us feel super comfortable. She came to the house as she promised and sent us photos every day. We had to travel abroad and did not have much time to make arrangements so it was amazing to find someone that was so responsible, considerate, and affordable. I will definitely use her services again and recommend her very highly. Thanks so much!

This was our second time booking Cat and she was great again! She’s very detailed in her notes which I love and provides plenty of pictures. She really goes above and beyond - we left for a 4 day trip and forgot to take care of something in the apartment and she was able to do it for us. I highly recommend booking with her!

Catalina was an amazing catsitter! She's a great communicator. Her daily updates and photos reassured me that Hector was always happy and in good hands. I really loved that her updates were organized as a checklist so I could see all of Hector's needs were met. I highly recommend her!

Amazing communication and is so nice!!! She always keeps us updated and sends regular pics. She really cares about animals and wants to provide the best care possible. She doesn't care if the animal may be shy or difficult, she puts in the time to earn their trust. Great with giving meds too. She is extremely trustworthy and I know my cats are in amazing hands with her! Highly recommend!!!

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
