We have had many catsitters over the years -- some we felt were wonderful. Jazel stood out as better than them all. Truly. We have 2 cats; one is in end of life care. I had to travel on business for 5 days and was worried about leaving him with anyone. Jazel put my mind at ease on day one. She cared for him like I would and sent me videos. She has a keen eye for details and does things I didn't ask her to do. Example: During the recent snow, she not only dug her car out and braved the roads, but she brought a shovel and shoveled our stoop so she could open the front door. She is DEPENDABLE and takes her responsibility seriously. I can't say enough good things about Jazel. We will be using her again and again.

Jazel took care of our 4 cats plus our cichlids and koi fish. She sent pictures and videos with commentary for both! I can't recommend her highly enough. She was wonderful and we will definitely have her again!

Jazel took great care of my two kitties every day for close to two weeks. One of my cats requires daily medication (2 pills) and a weekly injection. His feedings are also a bit complicated because of the prescription diet he’s on. Jazel went above and beyond by providing detailed write-ups each visit along with photos and videos of both my boys. She also kept the house spotless. Her calming presence is a huge bonus since my cats tend to get very sad and anxious when I’m away (as do I!). They both love her now! I will definitely use Jazel’s services again and would recommend her to anyone who’s looking for the perfect pet sitter. 10/10!

jazel is all around the most perfect cat sitter that is my review in a nutshell. excellent detailed daily reports, she provided a detailed report of everything i could possibly ask for at every visit (i booked for twice a day and i received detailed reports twice a day). plethora of content including photos and videos. she sent me videos of her administering medication to show she was getting it done (i had tried another sitter once who said she couldn’t give my cat her meds, and i had expressed my concern to jazel, so it was very nice that she literally took videos to show me she was giving the meds, able to give the meds, and i had nothing to worry about). xena my cat loved her and i feel jazel loved xena as one of her own. jazel is very communicative, responsive, available, she is everything you would want in a sitter who is looking after your fur baby. i cannot recommend jazel highly enough. thank you jazel for being the amazing cat sitter that you are.
