Eternity is very communicative and responsive, super easy to work with—for instance, I upload my cat feeding and playing tutorials to Google drive and she reviewed the instructions; she was prepared with knowledge when she come to meet in person. During the vacation, she asks great questions and sending lots of videos, she is superb in handling my skittish street rescued cats—- these poor stray cats were outside homeless for so long and after being adopted by me, they still take a long time to adjust to any cat sitters. But Eternity has her magic cat whisper skill that made all my cats love her.

She has taken perfect care of my cats, has been 100% reliable and never let me down, flexible in accommodating my challenging travel schedule, and above all is an exceptionally honest, kind and caring person. I was Eternity’s first Meowtel client when I booked her a few years ago. In the 38 bookings since, she has made 127 absolutely flawless visits to my home, going well above and beyond what is required, never cancelling or creating any issues, problems, or even concerns of any kind. Its literally been perfect. She clearly has genuine affection for my cats and spends a generous amount of time here with them. They used to be upset and desperate for attention when I arrived home from a long trip, but with Eternity here they are calm and relaxed. Eternity has literally been a lifesaver for my Paco. When he was diagnosed with diabetes a few years ago and needed insulin injections every day, I was travelling constantly for work and didn’t know what I was going to do. The only idea my vet had was to admit him to the hospital during my trips, but I couldn’t put him through that torture, so I starting looking for a solution. Meowtel looked promising, so I messaged all the available providers explaining the situation. Most did not even bother to respond, making me question how reliable the service would be. A few people did respond but were unwilling to do injections. Eternity did respond and we are so fortunate. She was open to learning to give injections and has done great. She has rearranged her schedule to accommodate my last-minute work trips, picked up my mail, followed up after each visit to make sure I’m home and extending the booking when flights have been cancelled. These are just a few examples. Her integrity and character is exceptional. There have been several rate increases from Meowtel over the years, and each time Eternity has called personally to let me know. Many people would see this as an opportunity to cut Meowtel out and take payments directly from clients, but Eternity has done the right thing even when its not easy or convenient. If something unexpected were to happen while I’m away, I am confident she has the integrity to handle it with care. Eternity really is the best!

Eternity was so great! She truly has a gift for connecting with animals. My Yama can be extremely shy. She was instinctively patient and waited for Yama to come to her. I started with Eternity 6 years ago when my cat was diagnosed with Diabetes and needed daily insulin shots. I was travelling almost every week for work and had to find someone to deal with this while I was away. I don't know how I could have handled this without Eternity - she has simply never let me down, never cancelled a booking, and takes great care of Paco. He's now 19 years old and become a bit difficult and grumpy, but Eternity has handled it all expertly.

I am SO happy I found Eternity! Now I know I can go on vacation worry free! My senior kitty needs insulin 2x/day, so it's very difficult to find a qualified sitter. My Baby Kat took to Eternity as if they've been friends forever! I had pictures and videos of each visit and details of how she was behaving. Eternity even helped with our gerbil Bruno, giving him treats and fresh water when needed. Eternity is very reliable and trustworthy. I was so comfortable with her and her ability to take care of our babies! I sincerely recommend her!

At first, I was a bit nervous hiring a professional cat sitter for my girl Serine--I've always had friends take care of her in the past, but Eternity put me at ease about the process immediately during our meet and greet. When we met, she was friendly with both Serine and me, and thorough in her questions/answers. While I was away, Eternity checked in with me every day, sending me video, photo, and text updates whenever she visited Serine at my apartment. It made my heart happy and put my mind at ease to see how much Serine really took to her and enjoyed Eternity's company while I was away. When I returned from my trip, I was pleased to come home to a happy cat and see everything in order in my apartment just as I left it. I recommend Eternity heartily and without reservation!

Eternity always gives my cat the time and attention he needs no matter how long you schedule her for. She makes sure to stay at least an hour to play and hang out with your cat. And although I didn’t require her to change the litter or feed my cat during her visits (automatic feeders and such) she did so anyway and always made sure my cat was being fed properly. She’s the best!

Eternity was wonderful! She was able to care for my two cats (both under 1 year). She was patient and loving with them, spending extra time in the apartment to make them comfortable with her. Eternity was beyond amazing with my kitties! They are newly acquainted and needed help in learning how to coexist. They also are both rescues and didn't really know how to play. Eternity helped them in getting along and taught them how to play! They now love playtime and hiss at each other much, much less. Eternity also took the time to do an extra meet and greet after my one cat had to be hospitalized and needed meds while I was away. Eternity was great at administering his medication and catering to his medical needs (nebulizing, etc) as well. She also spent 1.5-2 hours with them every visit, which they LOVED. Overall, Eternity did an incredible job and treated my babies like they were her own...I've already booked again!

Eternity has been amazing with my babies! She has babysat for me many times while I have been out of town and always takes such good care of my cats! She not only does the essentials of feeding and cleaning the litter box, but also takes the time to play with them, cuddle them, and send me picture/video updates. She's great!

I'll preface this by saying that my cats seemed to like her, and she did follow directions in regards to texting me a daily update. However, my roommates told me she would play loud music in the apartment while she was there. When I got home after a week, the litter box was a mess and my closet was open. She also stayed for more than an hour on the first few visits without asking. If she had asked, I might have said yes, but she definitely should have checked in with me first. In all honesty I was not going to leave a review, as I prefer not to lower people's ratings, but she texted me multiple times saying "I'm just asking for a review on meowtel," so here it is.

Eternity is truly one in a million! She has been taking care of my kitties for many years now and always does such an amazing job. She really treats them like they are her own so I know they are in the best hands possible when we leave them with her. Eternity is the absolute best!!!!
