This is my second time booking Mina. Our cat Freedom was recovering from a sudden illness at the time of our trip, so he had extra medications and needed more careful monitoring. Mina was great about providing this, giving updates so we knew he was getting all his meds at the right times and was seeing symptom improvement, which gave us peace of mind! She also took in our mail and watered our plants, sent great pictures and videos, and showed appreciation for Freedom's particular personality and preferences. Mina did a fantastic job of medicating (pilling) my almost 17 year old male kitty. He gets 4 pills every night and is not a fan of getting pilled. Mina was gentle and patient with my boy and made it a wonderful experience for him. She sent me photos and videos so I could see how well he was doing after the medicine. I will definitely use Mina again and recommend her highly.
