I have a semi-feral cat that hid under my bed when Lissette came and she gamely got down on the floor and got pictures of her under the bed every visit to get a snap of her. Also, I have a very sensitive cat who is OK with new people but who expressed her anxiety about my leaving by barfing up her food the first day and defecating on my bed the next day. Lissette cleaned these up which is above and beyond what a sitter should have to do!

Lizzette was a great sitter. She provided me with daily photo and video updates and I knew my cat Nora was in great hands. Additionally, Nora warmed up to her quickly - she's a shy cat and tends to hide from people she doesn't know well, but by the end she was cuddling in Lizzette's lap! I will definitely work with her again - I trust her and it's obvious she loves and cares about cats.

this was my first time leaving my kitty with a stranger and Lizette soothed all my nerves. her updates were timely and detailed. she also was able to get my normally shy cat to come out and say hi which made me super happy. She was great!
