10/10 would recommend Diyora! my two cats were clearly cared for. One of my cats is diabetic and her communication and timelyness with his meds made me at ease. Great communication the entire time, plus she sent me daily pics of them. 🥹 Couldn’t be happier.

Diyora is the absolute best. She came to meet our cat beforehand and see where everything was. She was kind and friendly and very communicative. She would send photos daily and let us know of things happening at the house. She was also kind enough to bring in our mail, as well as our trash bins on the day that we were gone. I totally trusted her to take care of our cat and would definitely book her again!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
