What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

I enjoy getting to understand each kitty and their personalities. Some cats are more reserved and only want attention when they want it. While others prefer nonstop love and cuddles. Learning about each kitty honestly is a highlight about this type of job.

Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?

My favorite cat sitting story is when one day there was a mouse that entered the apartment. The kitty and I had worked together for almost 5 hours trying to catch this little mouse. Eventually I let the fur baby do his thing and he caught him for me. While he had his paw on its body I was able to scoop up the mouse with a plastic lid and safely sealed it within a container. I let the mouse run free outside soon after.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have one kitty and her name is Mixer. She’s a cutie little calico gal with a strong attitude. She can never go a day without playing with me and gets extremely bothered if you try and move while she’s laying on you. She loves to play fetch and, only with me, when she’s really comfortable will pass gas and stare into my soul as she is fully aware that the smell will be horrible. I love her to pieces lol.

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
