Sofia is the best cat sitter we've ever had. She's so personable and friendly to us. She's so kind to our cat, Geoff. She checks in about how he's doing, if she can give him treats she brought from home, sends us videos of him playing so we know he's doing just fine without us there. I would recommend Sofia to every cat owner I know. When you find a good cat sitter, don't let them go. We'll be holding onto Sofia!

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
