What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I have been cat sitting for 4 years. Many of my sits have become repeat bookings. From these repeat bookings, I have gained trust and experience in administrating oral and topical medications.

What is your favorite cat toy?

The cat ribbon is my favorite toy because it's simple, fun, and really gets a cat moving. They love chasing it and I love seeing them so playful. It's also a great way to get their energy out!

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

For timid or anxious cats, I move slowly, speak softly, and let them come to be on their own terms. I give them space, patience, and lots of gental care to help them feel safe.

Sammy is the most reliable cat sitter there is. My cat is very particular and alpha and she loves Sammy and feels safe with Sammy. Sammy has cat sit for me over two dozen times and every time I return to a happy cat, a clean home, and nothing to worry about. Not to mention, she loves to take photos of pets in portrait mode to send to me throughout the day. Sammy communicates consistently, has a flexible schedule, and takes great consideration for my baby cat and my home. I could not recommend her high enough. She is the absolute best.

Sammy is an amazing cat sitter! They were super communicative and sent many updates + pictures. You can tell they are amazing with cats, and mine loved her so much! My cat doesn’t normally cuddle with people she just met but by the end of the 4 days with Sammy she was all over them!

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
