I can't say enough about Canaan, she is everything I want in a cat sitter and more. We moved here from New Jersey in late August and it took until January to find a sitter. During the Meet & Greet it was obvious that she is a cat person and the kitties appeared to trust her. They usually run and hide when a new person enters the house but they hung around her, not fearing the nice friendly stranger. Canaan sent us daily awesome reports accompanied by photos and videos of our fur babies. We were like, "aww look at our cute fur babies! They look like they do when we're home!" She right away understood that our 3 kitties have their own personalities and quirks and figured out how to handle them. I wouldn't hesitate to book Canaan again and again.

I want to rate Canaan 100/5 stars. This woman is incredible and I felt to happy and safe with her watching over my babies. The daily updates, photos and checkins were amazing. I could actually enjoy my vacation without worrying. Canaan washed their dry and wet food bowls, did all their litter and unfortunate vomit and poop cleanup. But the real thing is my scaredy cat girl warmed up to her faster than anyone else in my family!! She has magical vibes my meows were able to sense and feel safe with. Three cats and they were all taken care of so well. Sincerely Canaan is the best cat mom you could want to watch your babies while you are away. I felt completely safe with her in my home. Canaan was very detail oriented in caring for my pet and my home. She made sure to clean out the food and water bowls each time she came over (which was every other day) and made sure my kitty had a fresh litter box. Canaan also cleaned up some vomit around the house, due to my kitty's sensitive stomach.

I loved having Canaan for my senior cat. She did a fantastic job making sure she was cared for including all her meds. Canaan went above and beyond for us and we will continue to work with her in future. Highly recommend.

This is my third (maybe fourth?) time reserving Canaan and she just gets better each time she’s with Monky. Monky has never walked on anyone’s shoulders to give kisses on the cheek but this happened with Canaan! My priorities were the obvious, food, water, litter.. but really just socializing and playing with her because she gets antsy with her parents away. Canaan allowed us to enjoy our vacation as she was sending updates every time she visited. I reserved her twice a day for the majority of our trip and it seemed like Monky loved on her more and more every visit. She hadn’t been to our new home yet, but she had detailed notes from previous visits that she was prepared for everything. She is fabulous and I’m sticking with her as my sitter! Only the best for my baby! Meow!

Canaan was very responsible and communicated with us as to how our older cat was doing and what she did each time she came over. She also sent many pictures. There was a snow storm brewing, also, in her area but she was diligent and made it over all the days that were scheduled! We would definitely feel comfortable having her watch our cat, in the future.

I was so nervous about leaving Monky for our vacation but after meeting Canaan my fears were assuaged. Monky took to her right away (when she is normally very skittish around new people.) Canaan just has this kitty charming way about her and knows exactly how to connect. I was impressed with her attention to detail for everything kitty related but also just being in your home, like for mail and plants. I didn't ask for this but she took care of the mail anyway! I had her come visit daily for five days. I specified morning or evening on two of the days, which she diligently made work, but the rest of the time, she nailed down a consistent schedule which I think helped Monky to feel more comfortable when she came over. Playtime was adorable. (As I saw in the many photos and videos she sent.) She played with the toys like they were her prey and switched things up if they weren't responding. Playtime was a priority for me and she did not disappoint. It was obvious there was a great deal of time that was spent just hanging out too. She reported on what she fed her, how well Monky ate, and what she was interested in (or not interested in.) She gave her a variety of puzzles and treats which I had laid out for her to use at her will. The litter detail was most impressive of all. Not only did she pay attention to what she scooped but she even scooped out all the small clumps so the litter was immaculate when I got back. I really appreciate the photos and videos since I will have them forever. I get to see Monky in a new light and with a new friend. I will only use Canaan for future sittings. I had the best vacation without any worries and now Monky is acting like we never left!

Canaan was responsive to my late booking from the word "go". My diabetic cat's insulin dose increased slightly since Canaan had last seen her so she called to make sure she had it right. It was garbage day and she was kind enough to bring the bins in from the curb. She reported back on each of my 3 cats. I'm very happy with Canaan's service. I've recommended her to a friend of a friend in need.

Canaan was able to get even my shy kitten out and playing! She sent photos of the both of them and washed out the food dishes before feeding them their dinner ☺️ (which I didn't even think to ask for) She is such a kind, detail oriented and caring women. Would always trust her with my precious fur babies!

Oh heck, if I tell you how great Canaan is with cats I'll never get to book her again, she will be so in demand. But this cat lover gave my 3 cats 6 days of care that minimized the shock of our absence. Her updates were complete and she didn't drop the little details we discussed to make their time without us manageable. My shy cats were comfortable with her in no time and trust is a virtue she has in abundance.

Canaan was a pleasure to have as a kitty sitter. She was very detail oriented in our meet and greet. She took great photos and sent videos, too. I knew my fur kids were in very good hands, which made my short get away very good. I have a cat who only recently became diabetic so it was good to know that Canaan was able to provide insulin injections.

Canaan is awesome! She's watched my kitties twice now and has done an excellent job both times. She provides regular updates and follows instructions very well. She even got the approval of my shy, anxiety-prone kitties, which I think helped them to be relaxed while I was gone (they have mild separation anxiety).
