What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

My favorite part of cat sitting is keeping the cats happy and safe. I know I am always worried about my own cats when I have to leave them, so I am so happy that I get to make sure other people's babies are well taken care of and happy.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have three cats of my own: Toulouse, Tito, and Tina. They each have their own crazy personalities and challenges and I love them dearly for it. They are like the Aristocats come to life.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

The most important things I do with shy cats is to speak low and move slow. I am extremely cautious not to do anything that will make them even more anxious. They should always feel comfortable in their own home, and I would give them plenty of space to become accustomed to me (and of course some treats for being so brave!)

Erika was really great! from the meet and greet to the catsitting itself. she's communicative, sends the best photos, and I could tell my kitty loved her (the other cat is anxious and hides, and Erika respected her space but knew how to keep an eye out for her). all in all a great experience and I would definitely hire her again!

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
