What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

What I enjoy most about cat sitting is being someone families can trust while they’re away. I know how deeply loved cats are, they’re not just pets, they’re truly part of the family. It means a lot to me to be able to step in and provide not just care, but comfort and consistency, so both the cat and their people feel at ease. I also love being around cats, and getting to know their different personalities.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I have two cats myself, their names are Stormi and Kira. They were both adopted from my local shelter, and it has been such a joy to see how they have developed their personalities over the last five years, and to know that they are in a safe and loving home.

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

Safety and security are always my top priorities when cat sitting. I carefully follow all instructions provided by the owner, from feeding and medication routines to door locks, alarm systems, and litter box placement. I double check that all windows and doors are secure before I leave, and I never invite anyone into the home. For the cats, I make sure they’re in a safe, cat proofed environment: no access to anything that could harm them, like open cabinets, cords, or plants. I also keep a close eye on their behavior to spot anything unusual. My goal is to make sure your cat feels safe and your home is just as you left it.

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
