Luc is a highly intelligent and responsible sitter, who shows initiative when confronting unusual and potentially dangerous situations. In my case, he alerted me that my male Siamese ("Gus") had stopped eating, was refusing any human contact and was exhibiting other strange behaviors. Luc recommended a visit to the Vet, which he then arranged and executed (that is, took Gus to the Vet, correctly described the troubling symptoms, authorized - after speaking with me - all the necessary scans and blood tests and then administered, while I was away, all the newly prescribed medications.) He handled the entire situation beautifully. I should add that Luc's daily messages were detailed and amusing and often contained insights into my two cats' behaviors that I myself had missed. This was our second sitting w/ Luc - he was amazing again! He even put out some emergency water (in case of a blackout since we have an electronic fountain) on the counter when we forgot. And of course he sent PLENTY of pics/videos of our happy cat from their time together :)

Luc was a communicative and caring sitter for my loving elderly cat. He was able to give him a nebulizing treatment and medicine daily and sent lots of pictures. When I returned home, my cat was calm and happy- looked very well taken care of. Luc had also taken out thre garbage and left the home clean. Thank you Luc! Highly recommend and will use again.

Luk was amazing!! He was patient at the meet and greet so our cat was VERY comfortable by the first sitting. He provided so many photos and videos from each visit, and included cute observations of our cat’s behavior each time. When one of our cat toys broke between visits, he even got on the phone to troubleshoot with us. After his final visit, Luk left a lovely note describing all the things he loved about our cat Kiki! We highly recommend him and will be reaching out to him again in the future, Kiki is quite attached :)

Luc was an amazing cat-sitter!!! He visited our two kitties Hippo and Bella daily over the holidays and kept us notified with photos and messages about them every day. He took the time to play with them, give them treats, and keep the litter box clean. Also, our cats quickly became acquainted with Luc – he might be a secret cat whisperer. Overall, Luc was the perfect person for the job and we could not have asked for anything more.

Luc did a wonderful job caring for my two cats the past week. He was very patient and understanding with my anxious female cat and my stubborn male cat who refused to take his meds.

This was my first time using meowtel, so of course was a little nervous... How do I choose the right sitter? Can I trust them? Will my fur baby like them? Even before my trip, I knew when I met Luc I made the right choice. He is totally a "cat guy" - really understands they are persnickety royalty and you must meet the cat on their terms. While at the same time understanding they are pets, so we are in charge! The first update during my trip sealed the deal - logistically everything went smooth, Luc communicated all of the pertinent info, and really made me feel at ease that my boy was in good hands. The video and photo updates were frequent and meaningful - and a nice connection to home when I needed it. Honestly my only concern is that by the end of the trip my cat likes him more than me at this point! I am recommending Lic to all of my friends...don't hesitate at all ...and very reasonably priced to boot.

Luc did an absolutely wonderful job with my cats! He was easily able to connect with them and even got my shyest cat to come out of her shell. He also provided regular updates and photos the entire time! Would highly recommend him to any cat parent!!

Luc did a fantastic job caring for my two cats while I was on vacation. He was patient, considerate, and adaptable, and he took such wonderful care of them. They did not make it easy (they never do), but he was able to form a good bond with them and I was so happy to see how comfortable they were with him by the end of the sitting.

Luc was fabulous! Went out of his way to accommodate my scheduling needs, was very communicative, and was great with my cats. My place was exactly how I left it (actually probably cleaner, as he vacuumed up all the cat hair).

Luc is amazing, a true cat whisperer! During the meet and greet, he had our usually anxious cat feeling very comfortable and our cat was rubbing against his legs and looking for attention from him. From the photos/videos he sent us, I could tell how much our cats enjoyed our time with Luc. I think they were a little disappointed when my husband and I returned!

We’ve had a few cat sitters in the past but our recent experience with Luc was by far the best. We found Luc because he was close to our area and we lucked out. He bonded with our cat very quickly, was very considerate with his updates and we specifically asked Luc to come in the morning and he exactly that.
