Ash absolutely adored his sitter! I was blown away by how much fun he had. I came home to a happy, relaxed, and completely spoiled kitty. The daily updates and photos were great. She took such wonderful care of him, and it was obvious she genuinely loved spending time with him. As someone who worries when I’m away, it meant the world to know he was not only safe but thriving.

I have consistently relied on Shuai for cat sitting for years and she continues to raise the bar in terms of how much care and devotion she shows the animals under her care. One of my cats recently started a eye drop regime and Shuai enthusiastically embraced the opportunity to learn how to administer the medicine, quickly mastering the process. It's a horrible feeling as a pet owner when something goes wrong with your pets and you're unable to reach them. I found myself in that situation this weekend but was fortunate enough to have the wonderful Shuai available to help out. When Shuai heard something happened Shuai sprang into action and volunteered to come by a day earlier than scheduled to make sure my cats were taken care of. It meant the world to me that Shuai cared so much about the cats that she was willing to change her plans last minute and stop by. Shuai is a fantastic human being and I couldn't possibly recommend her more.

Shuai was amazing with my very shy cat! My cat sometimes takes days hiding under the bed before he opens up to strangers, but quickly became comfortable with Shuai. Shuai is a wonderful cat sitter! She is highly communicative, thorough, and definitely someone we would trust again with our furry friend. She sent cute pictures and detailed information every day that she watched our cat. She even left us some cat nip, a sweet note, and gave us useful advice, as we are new cat owners.
