Hi, im Zoë! I provide reliable and compassionate in-home cat sitting services in Brooklyn and Manhattan.

Having lived with cats all my life, I can say without a doubt that felines are unquestionably the most supreme mammal to ever exist. They deserve only the best when it comes to care.

I offer personalized cat enrichment and care based on your cats’ unique personality and needs. From play time and treats to kitty snuggles and quiet hangs, I attune my care to fit the exact needs of your most adored creature.

I’m experienced with all sorts of cats and love them in every shape, size, color, and personality. Some specialties include elderly and geriatric cats, anxious and shy cats, kittens, and pregnant cats. I have experience with multi-cat behavioral dynamics, special diets, and administering medication.

In my day-job, I work as a postpartum doula. I bring a gentle, calming, and warm presence to my role as a care worker—energies that directly support and influence my cat-sitting approach.

As a mom of three cats, I know how important trust is when it comes to having someone look after your fur baby. If you’re looking for a reliable, responsible, and experienced cat sitter in NYC, I’m your gal. I am also comfortable with other house sitting duties such as watering plants, taking in mail, and other odd jobs.

I look forward to supporting you and providing your feline family with the utmost care respect. Thanks for considering me! 🐈🐈‍⬛😻

Learn More About Zoe

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I have over twenty years of experience cat sitting for all sorts of cats. I have dealt with emergency situations, administered medication, and help soothe anxiety for especially shy kitties in the past.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

My three beautiful kitties are named Pipi, Precious, and Wilbur. Fun fact: Wilbur is Precious’s daughter! I was there the day she was born, and helped cheer Precious on when she gave birth in my closet. It was a very special day.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

Respect! I communicate and speak directly to all cats I interact with. But with especially timid ones, I let them know that I am here to support them with my emotional presence and physical caretaking abilities. Cats understand our energies, and I always bring a calm and centered presence to my cat sitting gigs—a few kind words and acknowledgment can go a long way. It’s important to listen and respect what a cat needs and wants.

Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

If it doesn't feel like a purrfect fit after a Meet & Greet or during a reservation, our support team is here to help at 1-844-Meowtel (1-844-636-9835). We'll take time to understand what happened and help you consider next steps, which could include help with a new reservation.

Brooklyn cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $31.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.

Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.

Cats are territorial animals and don't do well in new environments. The presence of other cats, dogs, and even birds in kennels or animal hotels cause an immense amount of stress. This is why Meowtel was created, so tailored in-home care is brought to you.

We recommend booking daily visits to keep your cats in their routine and help minimize feline anxiety while you're away.

Each visit typically includes: feeding, refreshing water bowls, litter box scooping, tidying up, medications, updates with photos, lots of playtime, and any special requests. Ask your sitter about a Meet & Greet!
