Jess was great to work with! We have two cats and one is a very shy and anxious. During the meet and greet he came right up and sniffed her hand (this is honestly huge - he doesn’t do this with many people) and came out a bit during her visits. This is a win in my book! We felt very comfortable leaving our two kitties in her care.

We booked jess for five days over the Christmas holiday. It was the first time we left my elderly cat since we moved to NYC. I was very sad about not spending christmas with our loveable ball of angst. Jess did a great job communicating everyday at the check-ins. I feel bad because our cat hid every time Jess went to check on her, but she gave us updates regarding her food consumption and litterbox usage which was good to hear. I can only imagine how traumatic boarding Kitten would have been and am so glad we were able to secure an in-home sitter in our neighborhood. We will use Jess again in the future for sure!
