Jess is simply amazing! We were out of the county for 10 days and Jess was wonderful in taking care of our cats. They get stressed when we go away but she made sure they stuck to their routine and these habits helped comfort them. Jess has sat for us several times and she is very reliable.

Jess was amazing! it is always difficult to leave my cats when I have to travel, she understood my cats are super shy and scared of strangers but still managed to take videos of them under the bed and updated me daily. She also let me know that the weather in the city had changed and it was now warm, turning the AC on because she cared they wouldnt be too hot! I was able to work more at ease in this work trip thanks to her.

She's always great. My poor cat is so weird and anxious but she really tries to make him feel safe and happy when I'm not home.
