Amy is a fantastic caretaker. I had to leave my fur baby for a week when I was traveling. She is incredibly patient and was warm and attentive from the moment she met him at the Intro. Her thorough and timely updates were greatly appreciated. so, I never felt as though I was in the dark or not knowing how my boy was doing (unfortunately something I’ve encountered with other non-Meowtel sitters). I honestly couldn’t rave enough about Amy and greatly appreciate the care she gave my boy, while I was away. Most important information: we have one very shy kitty who hides when literally ANYONE comes in the apartment. When Amy walked in for the meet and greet, instead of hiding, he WALKED OVER TO SAY HI TO HER AND LET HER PET HIM. We were astonished. She is a serious cat whisperer. Amy is way better than even her stellar reviews suggest. We chose her based on her reviews and on her high percentage of repeat customers (we have already tried to re-book her as well). The tone of voice she uses to talk to our kitties in the videos she sends makes us SO HAPPY because it's how we talk to them. Her photos are wonderful and in her videos she shows what she's done and explains how it's all going. She is an incredible communicator and she is very conscientious about how she completes all of the kitty-related tasks. She also spends time playing with and talking to the kitties. We were extremely impressed and are grateful to have found her.

Amy went above and beyond in taking care of our cats while we were away. She convinced our shy little guy to come out for pets on the first visit. She was also very detail oriented in taking care of their needs even cleaning the food holder in the sink each day and sending a picture of the cleaned litter box with each visit. Can’t recommend Amy enough, would love to book with her again. She was cat sitting my asthmatic cat for a month, 2 visits a day. Gave fantastic visit updates with photos and videos; it brought me joy and relief to see them. Some highlights: - The automatic feeder charging broke (on its own, not her fault at all), but Amy did her best to fix it, even bringing it home to try. - Baileys sheds a lot, and its been a problem. I appreciated it when she recommended me a new brush for Baileys, which definitely works better. - When we ran out of wet food supplements, Amy added a bit of water to the wet food so that it’ll keep it moist enough for Baileys to eat throughout the day. It worked well.

Amy Lee was great to work with, and my cat loved her! Amy was very responsive and was clear about expectations. Her updates were thorough and I was able to relax on my vacation. We came home to a well-cared for cat and no accidents (my cat's way of showing disapproval).
