What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?

Make sure to hire a cat sitter who is patient and understanding of your cat’s individual needs. And someone who is compassionate and take the time to get to know and build a real relationship with your cat(s).

How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?

I am diligent when entering/exiting the home to ensure that a cat who may linger close to the front door does not get out. I ensure that the home remains a good temperature while the owners are away and would alert them to anything out of the ordinary should it arise in their home or with their cat (i.e not eating/drinking, acting strange) I double check all doors, windows/screens etc are closed and locked before I exit. I keep a close eye on water bowl and feeder levels and top up as needed.

What is your favorite cat toy?

My favorite cat toy would have to be a feather or mouse wand. I love how diverse it is for play time!

Najood is a gem of a cat sitter!! She's detail orientated, communicative, and above all was great with my cats. She was fantastic with the meet and greet - took some excellent notes and even noticed a health condition I missed out on. She took some quality photos, provided great updates, and was so so affectionate with my cats. It was great to know that my cats were getting the requisite amount of pets and treats while I was gone.

I couldn’t have asked for a better catsitter. Jude was absolutely perfect! Always on time, incredibly thorough with her daily updates and photos, and so patient, kind, and loving with my cat. It was clear from every message and picture that she truly cares. She even went above and beyond by tidying up the litter and food areas, which was so thoughtful. I felt completely at ease knowing my Eddie was in such good hands. Highly, highly recommend!

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
