Rossella was awesome. It was a late reservation before the holidays and she was very accommodating. she was professional , punctual and followed instructions. she seems to really enjoy cat sitting and cats which is a huge plus! She got on the floor with Digby who I admit is a tad high maintenance 😀and played with him talked to him etc. She was not annoyed by his constant meowing! Risella was in constant communication and sent photos. All in all an great experience. I would definitely recommend her.
