I always book Rainier to care for my three cats! Rainier always responds promptly and goes with the flow, and has no problem administering medication to one of my cats.

Rainier was amazing! This was my first experience with Meowtel and my first kitty in 20 years thanks to the Cat Distribution System placing Hellios on my doorstep. Hellios is still very shy about people so I was worried he'd hide. But nope! Not at all! I even think he misses them a little. I could not have asked for a better first time experience.

And when I got back, my cats were their happy little usual gremlin selves - zero stress, like I hadn't even been gone. Will absolutely book again next time I need to travel!

Rainier did a first rate job of visiting each day at a consistent time to reassure my very reclusive kitty and immediately sent a message detailing what they did to refresh food, water, litter, and also signs of kitty activity, though no actual sighting occurred. 😺 Rainier is very reliable, professional, and personable.
