Alex was great with my cats! She went above and beyond to make sure my cats were comfortable and taken care of. She provided Puma's insulin and other medication. She was very patient with shy Bella being too scared to eat. I am already booking her for another time :)

I have a pretty shy cat that usually takes a long time to warm up to people but he took really well to Alex and was quickly accepting lots of love and pets. She was extra attentive and sent update photos and videos everyday. I will definitely ask Alex to come back next time we go away.

Alex went above and beyond taking care of my kitties during a much needed winter vacation. She was proactive and provided updates and let me know when she was on her way, there, and after she left. Even my very shy cat was happy to see her! She very clearly knows how to make cats feel comfortable, I couldn’t be more grateful for the peace of mind knowing they were being well cared for. She even brought in a package that got delivered. I’m so happy to have finally found a local reliable sitter!!

Alex is amazing! Her love for cats is so immediately evident when you meet her and she has such a calming presence. I feel so confident leaving my senior, deaf kitty, Tessa, in her hands. I basically think of Alex as one of Tessa's friends now. She handles everything like a pro and sends great photos and videos.

This was our second time booking Alex, and we are so grateful to have a cat sitter that's so communicative, experienced, and passionate about cats. This visit was way harder than the first time since our main cat had an eye infection and needed regular meds, and we are also rehabilitating an injured feral cat as well. Alex handed everything with grace, and when our feral ran a bit amok, we were quickly informed and worked together to make new plans. We will absolutely continue booking Alex in the future.

This was our first time using a service like Meowtel, and Alex instantly put us at ease during the meet and greet. She's super detail-oriented, a great communicator and also just really nice. She made sure our little guy was doing great, and consistently went above and beyond to keep his daily schedule as normal as possible while we were away. We were able to fully enjoy our vacation without any worries - and the regular updates that Alex sent were a delight to receive. We will absolutely use Alex and Meowtel again for future trips, and can't recommend her enough :)
