Gelan was incredibly communicative, reliable and thorough with my boys. She did a great job being super attentive and asking great questions, while she took notes the whole time. She even noticed that I had outdated instructions in the app for my cats medication dosage comparatively to what i verbally told her, she called it out to confirm and identified an area that could have caused mishandling but instead she noticed it immediately. We love Gelan’s reliability and attention to detail and we will be using her again!

Gelan was awesome! Both Dash and Violet warmed up to her right away, and she was super attentive to their unique personalities. When a few (cat caused) messes came up, Gelan was quick to respond and took initiative which was such a relief while I was away. 11/10 recommend!!
