She even noticed that I had outdated instructions in the app for my cats medication dosage comparatively to what i verbally told her, she called it out to confirm and identified an area that could have caused mishandling but instead she noticed it immediately. She took the time to come by for a meet-and-greet beforehand to get to know both me and my cats, which I really appreciated and showed how thoughtful and attentive she is. During the visits, she was incredibly thorough and caring - making sure they had plenty of playtime, treats, clean litter, and lots of attention. She kept me updated with detailed messages and the sweetest photos/videos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was clear she genuinely cared about their comfort and happiness rather than just “checking in” on them. One of my cats can be a little shy at first, but Somayah was so patient and gentle that they both warmed up to her so quickly. One of our cats requires insulin injections twice a day, and she handled this responsibility flawlessly. Feeding and cleaning litter boxes 2x a day plus administering meds to 2 who required it. It was a lot to expect from a “sitter” and since it was our first experience with her and this service, we were a bit apprehensive but she was amazing and made 39 new friends 😻.
