Hello! My name is Janelle, and I am a cat mom to two special-needs loveable furballs. I’d love to give your cats the special treatment too!! I’ve been owned by cats most of my adult life. Currently I live with Cleo, my senior queen with diabetes and CKD who is allergic to almost everything, and Zorro, my 6-year-old blind wild child. Both of them require special medications and diets, and I would love to care for your cats the way I’ve cared for them over the years! I’ve also volunteered at SaveAGato in Puerto Rico and worked with my neighbors to help feed, care for, and trap local strays in Clintonville. I have been with Meowtel for several months, and I love meeting new friends! I have found that my specialty is sitting and waiting patiently for shy kitties to warm up to me, and trying other tricks to get them to come out of hiding. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Gift Card Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
